Our Story

Our lives had many opportunities to cross paths. From living blocks away from each other to working in the exact same building just one floor apart, we weren’t meant to meet until we did! After plenty of opportunities for the universe to cross our paths it decided Bumble would be the best place… also it was by accident or some may call it destiny. You see myself, Elli, redownloaded the app while at the beach in an effort to convince one of my friends to create a Bumble profile. However, God had other plans, while showing my friend how the app worked I swiped right on Manuel. Something in me decided to see if he would respond, sure enough he did and that is where our story started. We talked for about a month before we met in person, our first date was at Menchie’s. To this day we always try to go for our anniversary.

From first impressions, I appreciated how handsome he was, of course, but also how kind hearted and shy he was. His first impression of me is that I didn’t stop talking and I got yogurt on my sleeve. Plus the fact that I love to travel as I spoke about contiki the whole time. I think those first impression were pretty on point as to who we are. Since that day we’ve been inseparable. You see, we are each other’s very best friend, we joke around saying no one knows our true selves except for one another and it’s true. We are each other’s forever and cannot wait to celebrate our marriage with you all!
